Responsible Property Management Toolkit

The Better Buildings Partnership and Managing Agents Partnership has now launched the Responsible Property Management Toolkit (RPMT), designed to provide inspiration and practical guidance to a wide variety of companies, moving beyond the core provisions and towards best practice responsible property management.

This Toolkit will support Owners and Managing Agents in incorporating best practice sustainability provisions within the overall management of a property and updates the previous Managing Agents Sustainability Toolkit. The primary audience of the RPMT are Asset Managers, Property Managers and Facility Managers, though it also provides guidance to additional stakeholders including Site Teams, Supply Partners, Occupiers and providers of goods and services.

The Responsible Property Management toolkit and associated guidance is currently being developed and will be published online and launched to the public in 2021.

The Responsible Property Management Toolkit contains the following 13 topics, comprising a total of 55 guidance notes in total.
