Suzanna Roberts

Suzanne is head of sustainability and environment consultancy for Capita Real Estate, part of Capita plc, providing property expertise and services throughout the real estate lifecycle.  She has over 15 years of experience working with property investors and developers to improve their environmental working practices and performance from the design stage through to operation and management.

For the past seven years Suzanne has focused on supporting Capita Real Estate to embed and evolve sustainable property management through property and facilities management services, and manages an environmental consultancy team delivering complimentary services to help reduce negative resource consumption and exceed legal requirements, for example through energy management programmes and performance reporting to client and tenants. Suzanne believes in collaborative working and knowledge sharing to challenge and further improve the property and facilities management sector’s environmental performance. Suzanne has a Post Graduate Diploma in environmental management, a BA (Honours) in environmental policy with countryside planning and a HND in environmental protection and conservation management.
