Oli Williams

Oli is an Associate Partner at Tandem and chairs the company’s ESG Committee. Working alongside the Senior Partners, he is responsible for shaping Tandem’s ESG strategy for both clients as well as their own initiatives to ensure it is embedded at all levels of the business.

Oli is a qualified surveyor (MRICS) with over 12 years’ experience, primarily in property and service charge management, acting on behalf of REITS, developers, occupiers and investment clients. He promotes practical and pragmatic, sustainable led solutions within Tandem’s managed portfolio. Prior to joining Tandem in 2019, he spent 9 years at GVA where he was a Director and Regional Head of Property Management in Leeds.
