Andy Mercer

Andy is the Head of ESG (UK & EMEA) at Colliers International. He has 20+ years’ experience in the non-domestic property sector and has specialised in building optimisation throughout his career. He holds degrees in building services engineering and business and has worked across both government and the private sector. Prior to joining Colliers, Andy was Head of Energy at JLL, and before that Director of Energy Services at CBRE.

At Colliers, Andy is responsible for technical and commercial leadership across a broad range of ESG services that are designed to deliver positive environmental change while enhancing the long term value of real estate assets. Advice ranges from creating tangible ESG/NZC strategies and implementation plans at portfolio and asset-level, through to practical help optimising BMS and improving data quality.
