Andrew Baker
Andrew leads CBRE’s global consulting hub for sustainability services which specialises in reducing operational risk, protecting asset value, ensuring compliance and the disclosure of environmental performance to the market. Example global service lines include GRESB and CDP reporting. He is also responsible for working with local CBRE teams to deliver and grow a complete Sustainability Service Offering for clients across the EMEA region.
To date he has established Environment Social and Governance (ESG) and risk management strategies across over $60bn of real estate for a range of clients including sovereign wealth funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts and Investment Managers. Joining CBRE in 2010, Andrew brought a wide variety of professional business development and project management experience panning both the private and third sectors.
