David Goatman

David is a Partner and Head of Energy and Sustainability at Knight Frank LLP, the largest privately owned real estate consultancy in the world. David oversees a team based in London working across a wide range of energy and sustainability consultancy instructions, projects, and transactions. In addition David is Senior Advisor to the Climate-KIC Urban Transitions theme, Europe’s largest public-private climate innovation partnership, and a member of the RICS Sustainability and Valuation group.

Prior to joining Knight Frank David was Senior Sustainable Development Manager at the London 2012 Olympics, with specific responsibility for legacy. Prior to London 2012 David was Principal of the Mouchel Plc Carbon Projects business. David started his career working on large commercial and mixed use developments in London for leading Development Manager M3 Consulting.
