Carl Brooks, Managing Agents Partnership Chairman

Carl has worked in the sustainability sector for 21 years with the last 14 years spent working in commercial real estate. He is currently a Director at CBRE UK where he has joined to lead the development and integration of sustainability as a core competence, and service, within the property management division. Prior to joining CBRE Carl worked in leadership roles in sustainability at MAPP and at Hammerson working to establish principles of sustainability and environmental management into corporate and operational processes to better address the risks and leverage the opportunities presented by sustainability through all stages of the built environment lifecycle.  Carl is an active voice in the industry occupying committee roles with both Revo and the BCO, has been involved with the Better Buildings Partnership since his time at Hammerson and has chaired the Managing Agents Partnership since its inception in 2015.
