Rebecca Pearce

Rebecca Pearce is responsible for driving CBRE’s sustainability agenda in the EMEA region. In addition to leading CBRE’s team of over 100 sustainability specialists and expanding client services, Rebecca works internally to raise awareness of sustainability opportunities and innovations. She liases closely with senior management and CBRE’s US and Asia Pacific sustainability teams to create a global best practice approach and industry leading research to promote sustainable property.

Rebecca has considerable international experience in the construction and property sector and has worked in Sustainability in Australia, New Zealand, the Middle East and Europe.

She is an active participant in several forums promoting responsible property investment, including the UK GBC, Revo and the International Council of Shopping Centres sustainability committee, and regularly speaks at industry events to advance sustainability in the built environment. Rebecca is an Architect and has a Masters of Human Resource Management, focussed on managing human performance. She is very engaged with research into aspects of our environment that promote health and wellness and the implementation of initiatives in new and existing buildings.
