Nick Hobbs
Nick is an Associate at JLL and Client Sustainability Lead within the Property and Asset Management Team (PAM). Nick works with a number of Landlords and Asset Managers to help formulate, drive and implement their ESG Strategies at asset and portfolio level.
In addition, Nick has sat on a number of BBP working groups most recently co-chairing and chairing the revision of the Responsible Property Management Toolkit and the creation of the Data Sharing Protocol as part of the Owner-Occupier Forum respectively.
Prior to joining JLL Nick worked at Workman LLP where he was similarly focused on ESG in Property Management. Nick has a degree in Zoology from Newcastle University and holds a Masters in Sustainability and Business from University of Leeds.
