Managing Agents have a crucial role to play in delivering a more sustainable built environment. We are dedicated to supporting the delivery of our clients’ and our own sustainability commitments and to the Better Building Partnership’s mission to enable market transformation. We will do this by influencing and improving the sustainable management of commercial property; through leadership, knowledge sharing, collaboration, developing best-practice and providing practical support for the benefit for the wider industry.

As Members of the Managing Agents Partnership we are committed to:

• Having a high-level commitment regarding the integration of sustainability into our property management practices.
• Supporting the implementation of the Partnership’s Mission Statement through the active participation in meetings and contribution to the development of its Work Programme
• Promoting and championing the solutions developed by the Forum as best practice and implement them where feasible within our management practices.
• Pro-actively supporting and promoting the overall aims and objectives of the BBP
