James Woodhead
James is an Associate Director within the Energy, Infrastructure and Sustainability team at Cushman Wakefield. James has comprehensive experience in supporting the development of environmental strategies and improving energy performance in the built environment for national corporates and real estate portfolios. At Cushman & Wakefield James oversees the integration of sustainability practices within property management services and is responsible for supporting the environmental, social & governance (ESG) programmes of its investor clients.
James joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2017. Prior to this he worked at Carbon Credentials (now Carbon Intelligence) as an energy engineer and holds a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Nottingham University.
