Debbie Rogers

Debbie Rogers is a Partner and Head of Destination at Montagu Evans with a BSc Hons in Psychology.  She has over 20 years property and workplace experience spread across a broad spectrum of commercial and mixed-use properties.  Debbie joined Monty’s in 2021 to build a service offering based on creating amazing destinations and taking a holistic approach to property management.  She is passionate about delivering workplaces focused on people, equality, and wellness which have sustainability, meaningful SMART data and DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) at their core.  She is also responsible for the consultancy arm of property management that creates a holistic approach to design for management, and ensures the asset is designed for purpose and operational sustainability and delivers a destination of choice being a workplace where the occupier experience has been optimised.  A destination of choice will, by our definition, incorporate innovative solutions in areas such as ESG, smart technology, accessibility, equality, workplace design and wellbeing.  Working in partnership with clients and occupiers to assess challenges and bringing creative ideas to the forefront.  In addition, by acting as a Critical Friend, she looks to help optimise portfolio and workplace strategy.

Debbie brings valuable insight from an occupier perspective having previously been Arup’s UKIMEA Head of Property & Workplace, responsible for managing their property portfolio of over 30 properties amounting to circ. 850,000 sqft. Debbie also sits on the BCO Occupiers Committee.
