Aims and Objectives

The Managing Agents Partnership is a collaboration of the UK’s leading property managers who are working together to improve the sustainable management of commercial property and develop practical tools to support the wider industry. Together, the members of the Partnership have a unique opportunity to transform a significant proportion of the UK’s existing building stock and to raise the standards for the entire industry.

Our aim is to provide greater clarity, transparency and standardisation around the sustainability services that managing agents should provide. In doing so, it is acknowledged that specific skills, knowledge and resources are required to effectively manage the risks and realise the opportunities around delivering sustainability. The benefits of this approach include:
